Our commitment
We build this site to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is a standard we work toward continuously rather than a box we consider ticked.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML with a skip-to-content link and a single visible focus style throughout
- Text contrast tested against AA thresholds on our paper and ink palette
- Full keyboard operability, including the cart, quantity controls and checkout
- Meaningful alternative text on content images; decorative images marked as such
- Motion respects
prefers-reduced-motion— all reveal animations are disabled for users who ask for that - Form fields have persistent visible labels, not placeholder-only labels
Known gaps
Card entry happens on our payment processor's page, which we do not control. If you hit a barrier there, tell us and we will take your order by email instead.
Reporting a problem
Email support@purashydrate.com with the page and what went wrong. Accessibility reports go to the front of the queue, and we will always offer an alternative way to complete your order in the meantime.
