What we collect
- Order information — name, email, shipping address, and the contents of your order.
- Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor. Card numbers are entered on their secure page. Puras never receives, sees, or stores your full card number.
- Basic site analytics — aggregate page views and referrers. We do not build advertising profiles.
Why we collect it
To take payment, ship your order, answer your emails, and meet our tax and accounting obligations. Nothing else.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade mailing lists. We do not email you marketing unless you asked us to, and every marketing email has a working unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only the processors needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, and our email provider. Each receives the minimum necessary and is bound to use it only on our instructions.
Cookies
We use a small number of functional cookies and browser storage — principally to remember your cart between visits. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, generally seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@purashydrate.com and we will respond within thirty days. Residents of California and of the EU/UK have additional statutory rights, which we honour regardless of where you live.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
