Sixty days
Return any product within sixty days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. We do not require the original packaging and we do not ask why.
Opened consumables
Opened electrolyte boxes and mineral drops are returnable. If you tried it and disliked it, that is exactly the situation this policy exists for. Please do not ship back a box you have finished.
Filtration hardware
Filters may be returned used. Please empty and dry the unit before shipping. If the cartridge has been run, keep it — we do not want it back and it does not affect your refund.
How to start one
Email support@purashydrate.com with your order number. We will send a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five to ten business days of the parcel arriving with us.
Return shipping
We pay return shipping on faulty, damaged, or incorrectly-sent items. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of the prepaid label is deducted from your refund.
