Flat $7 within the United States. Free on orders over $75.
Timelines
Orders leave our facility within one to two business days. Standard delivery is a further three to six business days depending on your address. You will receive tracking by email the moment your order ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all fifty US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not yet ship internationally or to PO boxes for filtration hardware, as those items require a signature-capable address.
Filtration hardware
The Vessel and The System ship in oversized cartons and occasionally travel separately from smaller items in the same order. If your order splits, you will receive a tracking number for each parcel and you are never charged twice for shipping.
Something went wrong
If a parcel is lost, damaged, or arrives with broken glass, email support@purashydrate.com with your order number and a photograph. We replace breakages without requiring a return.
